Well, it’s taken some time but we finally have a site we can work with.  And since I like to find the silver lining in everything, the fact that we were slow to get this site up means you’ve had that much more time to reflect on the course and decide on “what’s next” for you and your company.  Dave has asked me to be the moderator for this site.  He and Cheryl will participate as well, but I’ll moderate.  We’ve already heard from a couple of you regarding your plans.  I’d like to make that the first topic of discussion.  Please feel free to post anything you can share regarding what you’ve done since returning from the course, challenges you face, or questions you may have for me, Dave, Cheryl or each other.  Please also either send me an email or post on this site other topics you’d like to discuss.  We’ve planned the next class for September, so for now there’s just the ten of you to participate in dialogue. We’ll grow that with time, but to keep things lively and relevant, I could really use your help right now.

Hope all is well. Just wanted to check if anyone has a job decription for a CIO/lean sr. member-

I need to work on one for my hospital--and I do not want to reinvent the wheel.
